This heavy-duty custom fit cover from Yoder Smokers is designed to fit the YS640 and YS640s pellet cookers on standard carts (note: this does not fit a competition cart). The cover fits over the shelves and pellet hopper as well as the cart; the chimney stack will need to be turned down to accommodate the cover. It installs quickly and easily making it a hassle-free way to protect your investment from the elements. This cover has buckles on each side to tighten it into place.

This fits perfectly over my YS640 and keeps the elements out. I have found that the fabric is hard to clean once it gets dirty is my only compaint.

Keeps the grill dust free and dry. Fits well, and isn't obnoxiously heavy. The straps to cinch it tight are really nice to have if you live in an area with some wind.

It's a great fit and very sturdy. I like the change to the straps to tighten instead of the buttons. These covers are built to last.

Great fit on the smoker! This is my second cover. First one lasted 3 years and has stronger magnets. Hopefully this one lasts longer.

This current version of the Yoder YS 640 grill cover is great. I’ve owned my 640 for approximately four years, and the quality of the recently received cover is far superior. The fit matches the original, and the cover covers wonderfully. This item is a good value for the money.
